We have a rare opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our team in our Adelaide Head Office. You will work closely with our Creative Department, Marketing and design teams and take ownership of all graphic design creative output. You must be able to produce a high quality of work with both efficiency and attention to detail, maintain a consistent alignment with the label you are working on, ensuring brand voice is clear and present innovative ideas accordingly. You will regularly communicate with our Marketing and Design teams and must be able to interpret and action various briefs, as well as take initiative, while juggling priorities and working to tight deadlines.
In this role you will:
Create and develop brand assets, marketing collateral and promotional material;
Design and concept EDM automation;
Create prints - both original and re-colouring and developing for garments;
Design and develop layout and creative for monthly lookbooks;
Design thumbnail posters, moodboards and other sales tools to accompany monthly lookbooks;
Concept and design social media assets, website banners, in-store VM and all other marketing collateral;
Attend shoots, select images and edit all photographic assets as required;
Assist with file management, re-naming and re-formatting;
Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of our global customers and utilise this insight to develop differentiated brand creative in the various graphic outputs;
Adapt and apply the each brand style and voice graphically across all marketing and online channels - developing and providing innovative ideas to drive the voice strongly;
Communicate regularly as to workload and deadline management;
Attend meetings and provide insight and updates in line with KPIs and feedback;

To be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum 2 years Graphic Design experience in eCommerce/ Web/ Print – ideally in fashion/ retail.
Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite is essential (PSD/ Illustrator/ InDesign).
