Due to our continued growth, we currently have an opportunity for a bi-lingual (Chinese and English speaking) BNKR Online Customer Care Representative to join the team in our Adelaide Head Office! 

As part of a global team, you will assist in responding to all international customer enquiries and provide styling advice both over the phone and through our BNKR online chat service. This is an exciting and fast-paced role where you will utilize your superior customer service and communication skills to ensure all customers have an exceptional experience.

Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success of our brands. 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing superior customer care through addressing email and phone enquiries, in both English and Chinese.
  • Offering styling advice to customers through BNKR live chat, again in both English and Chinese.
  • Providing technical information such as garment construction, fit, sizing and fabrication to customers.
  • Regularly reporting, Skyping and communicating with the global team, largely based in Australia to manage KPIs and consistent performance.
  • Managing and processing all online returns according to company procedures.
  • Liaising with our Hong Kong and UK distributors to ensure stock is dispatched within appropriate timeframes.
  • ·Regularly reporting on returns and faulty garments to the Head of Customer Care (Australia).
